Health Builders now offers memberships that give unlimited access to all our programs and classes, including exercise classes, adult & youth lifestyle programs and medically integrated programs.
Our membership fee is just $10 per month. You can choose between the $10/month auto-renewing membership, the 3-month paid-in-full membership, and the 6-month paid-in-full membership. If you are on a Medicare Advantage health plan and are eligible for Silver Sneakers or Renew Active, your monthly fee can be covered by your insurance!
Health Builders offers education and wellness classes for members. El Rio Adult Lifestyle Programs are done with the support and fun of a group and are a great way to practice strategies to build a healthy lifestyle.
Health Builders offers wellbeing classes for families and children of all ages! Family Programs are designed for participation from the whole family, to improve health and family bonds. Family programs are free and open to the whole community, even if you’re not an El Rio patient or a Health Builders member.
Health Builders offers unlimited movement classes for our members! Try a class that focuses on building and maintaining endurance, strength, and flexibility, or chair yoga or Tai Chi for more gentle movement. We also have classes for specific health concerns like back health, bone strength, balance, and fall prevention.
Health Builders partners with El Rio providers to offer free programs to our patients that target specific health conditions.
