HealthBuilders Wellness Programs

The Health Builders offer free education and wellness classes for El Rio medical patients 18+ and their family members. All El Rio Adult Lifestyle Programs are done with the support and fun of a group and are a great way to practice strategies to build a healthy lifestyle.

The Health Builders offer wellbeing classes for all ages, from Tots to Teens! Family Programs are designed for youth and adults to do together to improve health and family bonds. Family programs are free and open to the whole community, unless otherwise noted on the program description.

The Health Builders offer a variety of free movement classes to meet your needs! All movement classes are open to El Rio patients, employees and the families of patients and employees. Try an exercise class that focuses on building and maintaining endurance, strength, and flexibility, or a chair-based class for those with movement challenges. El Rio also has classes for specific health concerns like back health, bone strength, and balance and fall prevention.
