We are excited to invite you to a Virtual Informational Session for the El Rio APRN Residency Program. This one-hour session will provide an overview of the residency program, application timeline, and what to expect during the residency year.

The APRN Residency Program is designed to support new graduate Nurse Practitioners during the critical transition from graduate education into clinical practice. Our program focuses on developing strong foundations in clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and professional development within a supportive learning environment.

During this session, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about the structure and goals of the APRN Residency Program
• Hear directly from program leadership
• Gain insight into the application and selection process
• Ask questions and determine if the program is the right fit for you

This informational session is open to current NP students and recent graduates who are interested in beginning their career in a structured, supportive residency program.
