El Rio Abrams is located inside the Abrams Public Health Center.
Effective December 15, 2025 – The Abrams Public Health Center will close public access to the West entrance. The only public access will be through the East entrance.
In addition to El Rio staff, Abrams also houses resident doctors and attendings from the University of Arizona.
