As a certified nurse midwife, I believe that the majority of women are capable of delivering their babies without medical intervention. El Rio Health expanding southeast location
El Rio Health announced they plan to expand their southeast location. This announcement came Wednesday, August 15, 2018 during National Health Center Week. The Golf Links and Kolb location opened nine years ago. The center’s high rate of business prompted the expansion. See more at KVOA.
El Rio has received $399,822 from HRSA for the Health Center Quality Improvement FY2018 Grant Awards.
Out of the 20 awards given out in Arizona, El Rio Health was one of 3 who received a significant portion of that funding due to being recognized as a Health Center Quality Leader.
