El Rio Foundation is a Qualifying Charitable Organization under Arizona Personal Income Tax Code, making any charitable donation to El Rio Foundation eligible for a Charitable tax credit for Arizona taxpayers.
When you donate to a qualifying charitable organization (QCO) in Arizona, like El Rio Foundation, you can claim a tax credit that reduces dollar for dollar what you pay in Arizona state income tax. Couples who file jointly in Arizona can reduce their 2024 state taxes by up to $938; individuals or head of household filers can claim a tax credit of up to $470.
