El Rio Health is offering COVID-19 vaccinations for our patients ages 12 and older at all of our health centers.

If you are an El Rio Health Patient:

• Call 520-670-3909 to schedule your Covid-19 vaccine
• If you are under the age of 18 you will need to bring a parent or guardian to receive your vaccine
