The family medicine residency curriculum is divided into four-week blocks, with thirteen blocks each year.
During each block rotation residents return to the Family Medicine Residency Clinic at least one time weekly to care for their own panel of patients. This continuity builds physician-patient relationships and contributes to training in population health and working with health care teams. Additionally, residents come together for four hours of learning via discussions, lectures, workshops (POCUS, dermatology, splinting) and some fun!
