Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is often the best source of nutrition for infants, helping to build good health and reduce the risk of illnesses and other health issues. While many new parents want to breastfeed, they don’t always have access to the resources they need to succeed. At El Rio, we offer support, education, and comfortable environments for breastfeeding.

Are you pregnant and thinking about how you’ll feed your baby?
Are you a new parent with breastfeeding questions?
Are you planning to return to work or school after having a baby?

We support parents-to-be and new parents in breastfeeding.
