If you, like many others in our community, are experiencing negative impacts in your life from drug or alcohol use, we can help. Our Addiction Treatment team will work with you wherever you are on your recovery journey. We are an integrated primary care – behavioral health team. We provide non-judgmental, holistic treatment options. We offer a broad range of services that include:

• Medications (including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol)
• Substance use IOP
• Individual and group mental health and substance use counseling
• Psychiatry
• Harm reduction information and supplies (including fentanyl test strips and Narcan)
• Acupuncture
• On-site laboratory and pharmacy
• Coordination with inpatient rehab and detox facilities
• Coordination with midwifery/ob-gyn for pregnant patients
• Primary medical care for other health conditions
