FREE BACK TO SCHOOL IMMUNIZATIONS
Are your kids ready to go back to school? Do they have their immunizations?
If your children are between the ages of four to eighteen and need shots, El Rio Community Health Center, Tucson Medical Center, Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe invite you to come to one of our Back to School Immunization events.
Thursday – July 29th from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Boys and Girls Club –
Frank & Edith Morton Clubhouse, 3155 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85716
Saturday – July 31st from 9 am to 1 pm at the Boys and Girls Club –
Roy Drachman Clubhouse, 5901 South Santa Clara Road, Tucson, AZ 85706
Saturday – August 7th from 9 am to 1 pm at the Pascua Yaqui Wellness Center,
5305 West Calle Torim, Tucson, AZ 85757
Parent or Guardian must be present. Don’t forget to bring shot records!
